FAQ

Shipping: We ship our inventory five days a week and typically have orders processed within 48 hours of placing your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped when placing an order within the United States. Included in this email should be any pertinent tracking information. Online tracking for international orders may not be available.

International Orders: We welcome international orders. We can ship most items internationally and would love to spread the geocaching sport around the world. Please contact us if you would like to receive a shipping quote for your order. In most circumstances shipping is only a few dollars more internationally. Contact us HERE if you would like to talk to us about an international order. Canadian orders may be placed without contacting us as shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart.

Payment Options: We accept most major credit cards and paypal payments. We are paypal secure and have been a verified business member since 2006. You do not need a paypal account to purchase items from My Geocaching Store; simply select the Credit Card Option during Check Out.

Returns: Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your order. Please contact us HERE for your RMA number before shipping any items back to us.

Just what the heck is Geocaching?: Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which the participants use a Global Positioning System receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geocaches" or "caches") anywhere in the world. A typical cache is a small waterproof container containing a logbook and "treasure", usually toys or trinkets of little monetary value. READ MORE HERE

What about custom geocaching items?: We are able to make most things customized for you! Do you have a particular decal or shirt idea? Please let us know what you would like. We can make custom decals and stickers for you or your organization! Stickers and decals can be made in any size or color! We can customize waterproof logshetts or logbooks! Do you want a customized stencil? We can do that too. Please contact us and we’d be happy to help you.

Organizations and Events: We would love to custom make geocaching items for your organization or event. Please contact us for additional information on bulk discounting of items and sponsorship availability!

Do you offer reseller or wholesale options?: Yes we do. Please contact us if you are a reseller and would like to add our products to your line.
